Types of Organizations
An important part of the administration of a leader or a group of leaders is in which organization they will be dedicated, to be more specific an organization is formed by a group of people who follow rules to reach a specific goal as an association, institution or company.
The organizations are classified depending on the needs of the client and the public to whom it is aimed, organizations can be micro organizations which are made up of approximately 10 employees, and small organizations are made up of less than 50 employees both have in common that starts because of financial needs and both have independent administration; there are also medium-sized organizations that have up to 250 workers that help to shape innovation and play an important role in the economy; and long organizations that have more than 250 workers and a higher sales volume, where specialists are involved such as economists, lawyers and psychologists and also those types of organizations can be located as regional, local, national, and international depends on its influence. Organizations could be non-profitability or profitability that are institutions whose main objective is very far from the economic part and are in charge of guiding their efforts towards social, community, charitable, cultural and artistic areas in order to help the personal development of society, also organizations are divided in private that are not government organizations, are aimed in keeping the consumer happy, an as public organizations don’t attend as much to consumer wishes and is more linked to the government and profits.
