                                   Types of Leadership 

 What means to be a leader? That question always rumbles in my head, there are many things that go into being a leader and depends on the type of leader (democratic, autocratic and laissez- faire) some aspects change and the determination of their choices change to. 

 “Leaders don’t create followers, they create leaders” Leadership not only implies of being successful in what you do, but rather it is that the people you guide can see you as an example of undertaking, improving and seeing you as motivation; for certain people, leading is given by nature because of the personality they have, possess skills to influence the way of thinking or acting of other individuals, motivating them and help to achieve the goals of others, using different tools such as charisma and confidence when speaking. There are 3 most common types of leadership styles that I will mention to understand the impact and how effective they are; the first type of leadership is the democratic, as the word says a democratic leader possess honesty, intelligence, courage, creativity, competence, and fairness and inspire trust and respect among followers,  encourage the community participation and help people to take their own decisions and exchange of ideas; the second type of leader is the autocratic that is almost the opposites of being a democratic leader, they are based of their own ideas and perception, don’t take into consideration others ideas, thinks what is better for their own benefit, in other hand not in all cases been an autocratic leader is bad because they have more determination of what they what to achieve without waiting others to decide or feel pressure; the third is the laissez-faire, where the leader has a passive role and were the workers have a greater power of decision-making independence, as leaders depend on workers to set goals, workers who can make the important decisions.
