                                     Negotiation Techniques 

 "You don't get want you want, you get what you negotiate" is an important aspect of the term negotiation, to reach agreements.

 A negotiation is not only get something for your benefit, means to be beneficial for both parties, have the capacity of making an agreement that helps in both sizes; an other factor is to be persuasive at the time you are negotiating with other person, take into account the importance of the time and the way to express correctly and identify a good proposal. Negotiation isn't easy if you don't take into consideration some values like empathy and honesty; the first step is the preparation is were you start to plan the date of the negotiation and be prepared for all actions; the second step is the discussion where you stand the speech to give suggestions; the third step are the signs that meand the reactions of your partie for example body language; the fourth step are the proposals when you modified suggestions in case the preparation didn't work, you need to have alternative ideas; the fifth step is the exchange, to see what are you offering and take into consideration the beneficency of your partie and the last step is the agreement, that is the final answer and in sometimes not in all cases the agreement is achieved. 

 In conclusion, a negotiation is not easy, is one of the most important aspects of having a business, a important work or in your daily life.
