Administrative Process
In this post I will talk about the aspects that link the 4 steps of the administrative process, in order to be able to correctly handle a goal established in an orderly way in business.
As mentioned before, there are four important steps that we must take in order to help clear the process on each step in the administrative process, the order can’t be altered because the result will not be the same. In the first place we have the planning, which is where the goal of the organization is established and fulfill it of how, when and where these missions can be carried out, the objectives must be considered, identify the resources to reach the goal such as money, the time and people involved; Second is the organization, it is responsible for making known that people will be in charge of certain jobs, the tasks that will be required for the future, the creation of a work structure such as marketing and sales or production; The third phase is leading, it is very important to take into account how the work team is going to be motivated since they are part of your organization and will help you reaching the goal, so it is good to lead in a way where employees feel motivated; In fourth place we have controlling, it’s where you learn to carry out the activities that you will be monitoring and measuring the constant performance, compare your expectations, apply activities where you can correct your areas of opportunity.
To conclude, all the aspects mentioned are important to follow and achieve a good organization, helps to have clear objectives, goals and processes of administration.
